* Orders placed after 12:00 pm PST on Wednesday, will be shipping the following Monday
* All Wheelcakes are pre-baked, vacuum sealed and frozen for shipping
* Each package is then placed in insulated shippers with cold packs
* Vacuum sealed Wheelcakes keep at room temperature for up to 2 days, but we recommend storing in the refrigerator or freezer upon receiving, to maintain freshness
* Wheelcakes can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to a month
